One Time Digital Purchase Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested up to 10 days after purchase via our support team. To do so, please email support@theurbanmonk.com within 10 days of your purchase.

For subscription refunds, please refer to our Subscription Refund Policy as the above do not apply. 

For Physical Goods

For physical shipments you may request a refund on physical goods up to 15 days after receipt of physical items. These goods are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee, and refunds will not be issued until items are returned to our warehouse.
