Refund Policy

 

One-Time Digital Purchases

Refunds for one-time digital purchases may be requested within 10 days of purchase by emailing support@theurbanmonk.com.

For subscription refunds, please refer to our Subscription Refund Policy.

Physical Goods

For physical products, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing support@theurbanmonk.com.

Eligible physical items must be returned to our warehouse before a refund can be issued. A $25 restocking fee applies to eligible physical-product returns.

Important: Test Kit Return Policy

To protect product integrity, safety, and quality-control standards, test kits are non-refundable once opened, used, or tampered with.

This includes opening kit packaging, breaking a seal, removing or using any testing component, or otherwise altering the kit from its original unopened condition.

Unopened test kits in their original, sealed condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the $25 restocking fee and return to our warehouse.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact support@theurbanmonk.com so our team can help resolve the issue.

Shipping note: Please allow up to two weeks to receive physical shipments during launch events.

Retreats and Events

Retreat tickets are refundable up to 60 days before the event start date. Credit for a future event can be issued if a refund is requested 30 days before the event and there are no refunds for event tickets less than 30 days before the event start date.
