Yes. This specific version of CATALYST — the Explore Discount SKU — is designed for people who have already completed the Explore Tier testing (GI MAP, KBMO Fit 176, and Orobiome). Because your test results are already in hand, this enrollment skips the testing phase and moves directly into the 6-month guided implementation program. The main CATALYST program includes the Explore Tier testing as part of enrollment. If you haven't completed your testing yet and want everything bundled together, that version is available separately.
How does the 1-on-1 coaching work?
You are assigned a dedicated certified health coach for 3 months of private 1-on-1 work. Your coach reviews your complete test results before your first session and builds your initial protocol. You meet weekly (via video call) for 3 months, with structured email check-ins between sessions during that period. Group coaching with Pedram Shojai and the CATALYST team continues for the full 6 months of the program.
