Explore Testing Tier — GI MAP Upgrade Path
You Have the Microbiome Data.
Now Add the Food and Oral Picture.
Now Add the Food and Oral Picture.
If you've recently completed a GI MAP Deep Microbiome Analysis, this is your next step. The KBMO Fit 176 Food Sensitivity Panel and Orobiome Oral Microbiome Test complete the Explore Tier diagnostic picture — revealing the food triggers and upstream oral drivers that your GI MAP alone can't show.
Who this is for: This package is designed specifically for people who have recently completed a GI MAP Deep Microbiome Analysis and want to complete the full Explore Tier testing battery. Your existing GI MAP results are fully compatible — they become part of your complete diagnostic profile alongside the KBMO and Orobiome results from this package.
If you have not yet completed a GI MAP, the full Explore Testing Tier ($1,450) includes all three tests together.
What's Included
Two Tests. The Missing Dimensions of Your Gut Picture.
🧬
KBMO Fit 176 Food Sensitivity Panel
Tests IgG and IgA immune reactivity to 176 foods, additives, and food chemicals — revealing the delayed immune responses that standard allergy tests miss entirely. These are the foods that are silently driving the inflammation your GI MAP identified, and the ones you need to remove to let your gut heal.
What it reveals: Specific foods triggering your immune response, IgG vs. IgA reactivity patterns, and the dietary drivers of the dysbiosis and inflammation your GI MAP found.
Practitioner-ordered value: $400–$600
🦷
Orobiome Oral Microbiome Test
Maps your oral bacterial ecosystem — the upstream gateway to your entire digestive system. Pathogenic oral bacteria directly seed gut dysbiosis and drive the systemic inflammation that shows up in your GI MAP results. Most gut programs never look here, which is exactly why most gut programs fail.
What it reveals: Oral pathogen load, bacterial species seeding your gut dysbiosis, and the upstream source of the imbalances your GI MAP identified downstream.
Practitioner-ordered value: $350–$500

What Members Are Saying
"My GI MAP showed significant dysbiosis but I couldn't figure out what was driving it. Adding the KBMO was the missing piece — it turned out I had major reactivity to foods I was eating every day thinking they were healthy. Removing them changed my results within weeks."
Sarah L.
Explore Tier Member, Denver CO
"I'd had a GI MAP done by my functional medicine doctor but never tested my oral microbiome. The Orobiome showed the exact bacterial species that were seeding the gut dysbiosis my GI MAP had identified. Treating the source upstream — not just the gut — was the difference."
Paul W.
Explore Tier Member, Seattle WA
Common Questions
How recent does my GI MAP need to be?
Generally, a GI MAP completed within the last 12 months is considered current for protocol purposes. If your GI MAP is older than 12 months, your coach may recommend repeating it — particularly if your symptoms or diet have changed significantly since the test. If you're unsure, contact our support team before purchasing and we can advise based on your specific situation.
How does this package relate to the full Explore Testing Tier?
The full Explore Testing Tier ($1,450) includes all three tests — GI MAP, KBMO Fit 176, and Orobiome — together. This package ($1,100) includes only the KBMO and Orobiome for people who already have a recent GI MAP. The diagnostic outcome is identical; the only difference is that you're not paying for a test you've already done.
How do the tests work?
Both kits ship directly to your door within 24 hours of purchase. The Orobiome uses a simple saliva swab; the KBMO Fit 176 uses a finger-prick blood sample. Both include prepaid return envelopes. Results are processed by CLIA-certified labs and returned within 10–14 business days. A certified health coach reviews your results with you in a dedicated results session.
What happens after I get my results?
Your results — combined with your existing GI MAP data — form the complete Explore Tier diagnostic foundation. From there, you can work with a certified health coach to build a personalized protocol, or enroll in the CATALYST program (which includes 6 months of 1-on-1 coaching, custom supplements, and medical supervision built around your complete test results).
Is there a refund policy?
There are no refunds on this testing tier. The laboratory charges are incurred the moment your order is placed — before the kit is even shipped. Because we pay the lab immediately upon purchase, we are unable to issue refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure you are ready to proceed before completing your order. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.
