Our doctors order these clinical-grade tests for you—no separate doctor's appointment just to obtain the testing orders. Your package includes a private 60-minute personal consultation—a Report of Findings to go over the reports and explain what the tests show in plain English, with your existing GI-MAP as context.

Who this is for: Customers who have an existing, usable GI-MAP from their physician or another provider and want to add food-sensitivity, gut-barrier, and oral microbiome testing. Bring your GI-MAP report and its collection date to your personal findings review. Older results need to be considered in the context of when they were collected and any subsequent health changes.

If you have not completed a usable GI-MAP, the Explore Tier Complete Package ($1,780) includes four distinct components: FIT176, its included Gut Barrier Permeability Panel, GI-MAP, and Orobiome. This No-GI-MAP variant does not include new or repeat GI-MAP testing.

Your Report of Findings helps you understand the reported responses and the test's limitations.

As a general starting point, the existing GI-MAP should have been completed within the last 12 months. Whether it is usable also depends on changes in your health, symptoms, or diet since collection; a date alone does not guarantee clinical relevance. If your report is older or you are unsure, contact support before purchasing so the team can review your situation. This variant does not include repeat GI-MAP testing.
How does this package relate to the full Explore Tier Complete Package?

How do the tests work?
Your KBMO and Orobiome kits ship directly to your door within 24 hours of purchase. FIT176 and the included Gut Barrier Permeability Panel use KBMO finger-prick blood collection; Orobiome uses a saliva sample. Both kits include prepaid return envelopes and instructions. CLIA-certified laboratories process the samples. Allow the stated processing time after each lab receives its sample; shipping and sample-return time are additional. What happens after I get my results?
Schedule your included private 60-minute personal consultation, called a Report of Findings, with a certified health coach. Bring your existing GI-MAP report for context. Do I need to arrange my own doctor's order?
Our doctors order the clinical-grade tests included in this package for you. You do not need to arrange and pay for separate doctor's visits just to obtain those testing orders. Depending on what the visits would cost, this may save you a few hundred dollars in appointment fees. Actual savings vary by provider and insurance coverage. Keep your own physician and dentist for ongoing care.
Is the 60-minute personal consultation included?
Yes. Your $1,000 package includes a private 60-minute personal Report of Findings with a certified health coach. It focuses on explaining the reports and answering questions about what the tests show in plain English, not developing a treatment program.
Test Kit Return Policy
To protect product integrity, safety, and quality-control standards, test kits are non-refundable once opened, used, or tampered with. This includes opening kit packaging, breaking a seal, removing or using any testing component, or otherwise altering the kit from its original unopened condition.

Unopened, sealed test kits may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery, subject to a $25 restocking fee and return to our warehouse.
