For Vitality Reset clients who have completed their Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), this $1,450 tier adds three test components: a comprehensive blood panel covering nearly 50 markers, KBMO FIT176 food sensitivity, and the separate included Gut Barrier Permeability Panel. Our doctors order these clinical-grade tests for you. Your package also includes a private 60-minute personal consultation—a Report of Findings to go over your reports and help explain what the tests are showing in plain English. This testing tier does not include a personalized treatment program.
This tier is designed for Vitality Reset clients who have already completed their Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA). Your HTMA results carry forward — no repeat testing required. If you haven't completed your HTMA yet, start with the Home Sick Home Toxicity Test Bundle before enrolling here.

    FIT176 assesses immune reactivity to 176 foods, additives, and food chemicals. It adds food-response information alongside your blood and gut-barrier reports. This is different from an IgE allergy test and does not diagnose a food allergy. Your personal Report of Findings helps you understand the reported responses and the limitations of the test.

    Gut Barrier Permeability Test
    Food sensitivity and gut-barrier findings answer different questions. This separate KBMO panel assesses immune responses involving zonulin, occludin, lipopolysaccharides (LPS), and Candida. It is included with FIT176 and uses the same KBMO collection process. These are immune-response markers—not a direct count of Candida organisms, proof of toxin exposure, or a medical diagnosis on their own.

Why does the blood panel need to be ordered by the medical team?
Our doctors order these clinical-grade tests for you, including the comprehensive blood panel. You do not need to arrange and pay for a separate doctor's visit just to obtain the testing orders. Depending on what that visit would cost, this may save you a few hundred dollars in appointment fees; actual savings vary by provider and insurance coverage. Blood collection is still completed at a local lab, and the program's medical team reviews the blood panel. The health-coach Report of Findings is an educational review, not a substitute for clinical evaluation or medical care.
Why is the Fit 176 food sensitivity panel relevant to a detox program?
FIT176 adds reported food-specific immune responses to the information from your blood panel and HTMA. Your included Gut Barrier Permeability Panel adds a separate perspective through zonulin, occludin, LPS, and Candida immune-response markers. The personal Report of Findings explains those reports and their limitations. These tests do not establish a food allergy, prove toxin exposure, or diagnose the cause of your symptoms on their own.
What happens after I get my results?
Once the three test components are ready, schedule your included private 60-minute personal consultation, called a Report of Findings, with a certified health coach. You go over your results, discuss what the reports show in plain English, and ask questions about the terminology and test limitations. Bring the reports to your own physician for any medical evaluation or treatment decisions. This tier includes results interpretation, not a personalized treatment program.
How long does it take to get results?
KBMO FIT176 and the Gut Barrier Permeability Panel use one kit containing two panels. The kit ships within 48 hours of purchase; laboratory processing typically takes 10–14 business days after the sample is received, with sample-return transit additional. Blood collection is coordinated through the medical team at a local lab; its timing depends on scheduling and laboratory processing. Your personal 60-minute Report of Findings can be scheduled once the three test components are ready.
Is the 60-minute personal consultation included?
Yes. Your $1,450 package includes a private 60-minute personal Report of Findings. A certified health coach explains your laboratory reports in plain English and answers questions about what the results show. It is an educational findings review, not medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing.

Doctor ordering provides access to testing. The Report of Findings provides education and results interpretation and does not replace medical care. Keep your own physician for diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing decisions.

Test Kit Return Policy

To protect product integrity, safety, and quality-control standards, test kits are non-refundable once opened, used, or tampered with. This includes opening kit packaging, breaking a seal, removing or using any testing component, or otherwise altering the kit from its original unopened condition.

Unopened, sealed test kits may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery, subject to a $25 restocking fee and return to our warehouse.
