Olympus Her Max contains Bremelanotide at 2mg — double the standard dose. Nausea and flushing are significantly more likely at this dose. This formula is appropriate only for patients who have established tolerance to 1mg Bremelanotide and have worked with their prescribing provider to determine that the maximum dose is appropriate. Begin with Olympus Her or Olympus Her+ and step up progressively.
The Formula

Olympus Her Max doubles the Bremelanotide and Oxytocin doses from the standard Her formula while intentionally keeping Tadalafil at 5mg — the clinically validated female dose. This is a deliberate design choice: the Her Max formula maximizes the neurological and emotional pathways (desire, bonding, orgasm intensity) while maintaining the appropriate Tadalafil dose for women.
This formula is for women who have found that the standard 1mg Bremelanotide dose produces insufficient desire activation, or who require the maximum Oxytocin effect for emotional connection and orgasm enhancement. The flex-dose format allows titration — a 1/4 tablet delivers the equivalent of Olympus Her, while a full tablet delivers the complete Her Max experience.
