It is not appropriate for first-time users, patients without a clinical history on the Olympus series, or patients with contraindications to any of the three compounds.
Possible Side Effects
At maximum doses of all three compounds, the combined side effect profile is additive. Titrate carefully and report any adverse effects to your prescribing provider immediately.
